324 South Street
This is a photo of 324 South Street, the birthplace of Harold Frederic, who became a best selling author and international celebrity. I have contacted the Utica Landmarks Society to intervene in their help to preserve this location and the house as part of preserving Utica history. This location is behind the Rutger Park historic sites -- e.g. former Roscoe Conkling mansion -- and, with help from the Federal and State government agencies, the entire section can be preserves for posterity. What do you think?
